Our crystals are natural (unless stated) and unique therefore they may have natural inclusions or cracks. They can also vary in colours and shapes. When the listing is not for a specific piece the item you receive may differ from the photo.

Domestic Shipping Rates
All parcels are sent using Australia Post. We offer flat rate shipping on all parcels.

*Express shipping does not mean your order will be processed faster; our processing time is 1-5 business days however we aim to get your parcels out as soon as possible.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: New Zealand, United Kingdom and United States.
At this time, we do not ship to other countries.

*Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Tasha's Crystal Paradise is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We do not refund or accept returns for change of mind, we only refund or accept returns if any product is faulty. For any damages or breakages, please notify us within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Send us an email including your order number and a photo to tashascrystalparadise1@gmail.com or message us on Instagram @tashascrystalparadise
Unfortunately, once we have packed and sent an order we can’t do anything further to prevent them from being damaged. We do not take responsibility for damaged caused by Australia Post.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at tashascrystalparadise1@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Afterpay
Afterpay is available on all items excluding mystery items. Any orders including mystery items made with Afterpay will be cancelled as per Afterpay policies.
